MENDING FRIENDSHIP

Of all the things that I've done wrong,
In life it seems that fate is strong.
Destiny has me swallowed whole,
For what purpose I don't quite know.
I'm not too sure why I'm here,
But I'm certain that I want you near.
You've been there for me through thick and thin.
Together I'm sure that we can win;
Anything that gets in our path,
Together we'll lay an unspeakable wrath.
A wrath of silence that says it all.
A wrath so strong that fate shall heed our call.
I feel like there's nothing we can't do
When we're together just me and you.
I love you so much words cannot express,
The true meaning of absolute happiness.
I really don't know what I would do,
If I had to go through life without you.
I'd be lost without control;
Insanity would soon take hold.
You gave me direction when there was none.
We've shared pain, but we've still had fun.
The eternal flame burning for me and you,
Has gotten stronger, now a bright blue!
The hottest flame; the strongest there is.
Should we worry?  Ignorance is bliss!
Friends are forever; the love is always there.
As friends we make the perfect pair.
I made a promise once that I couldn't keep.
A promise to be there, but I ran away.
I'm not running anymore;
I'm here to stay.
FOREVER
